    I don’t know what is going on with the management at this restaurant but the sandwiches are rarely made correctly and the fries are usually cold. Obviously whoever is running this place sucks at it

    Spent the last 20 minutes at the counter being ignored by the staff even though the store was empty They had like 5 employees working on door dash orders but not one of them would even look at us

    I ordered from Uber and once again Wendy's made sure to mess it up. A son of a baconator extra mayo, I got no mayo extra ketchup. Gross thanks. Baked potato with cheese and bacon, add butter sour cream and chives. Yep you guessed it they charged me extra and I got no chives , no butter and a sour cream . Yep you messed that up also. A small chilli with crackers, onions, cheese, and sour cream. What did I get. Small chilli no crackers, sour cream and 11 hot sauces. For what I paid I could have gone to any other restaurant been served and had my order correct. Thanks for proving once again why we need to shut down all fast food. You don't take care of your buildings, your staff doesn't care and your quality sucks!

    The lady who took my order seemed like she was in a rush even though I was the only one in the drive through. “Anything els” it’s not the proper way to talk to a customer. They have a no refund policy but the food they gave me was old. The burger the nuggets maybe not the fries. But I can tell when food has been sitting out. Very careless. You have the whole shift to talk about your personal business. They rushed my order And I did not get a receipt.
