Walk in and ur store to buy food and a GM or a district manager look at me like I was homeless and told me I had I could sleep and if I didn't leave she would call urbana cops

Ordering through door dash, I made the mistake of getting the Cinnabon pull apart
Unlike the picture, the product did not fill even half of the container
It was a solid clump of dried up bread with a smear of icing that came cold
Using the plastic fork provided, I could not even push into the item
It was a complete waste of money, inedible and disgusting

Usually not one to complain but after working 14 hours and not getting what I paid for kind of gets on my nerves. Yall want a job right? Otherwise I’ll go home and make food. I ordered pick up on the app. So they had no rush. One car in the line when I got there. I ordered 10 spicy nuggets and 2 signature sauces and got 10 regular nuggets and a honey bbq and a sweet chili. Lmao

The Manager on duty that takes drive-thru orders will intentionally repeat the wrong order back to you to be funny. It's okay most the time, but when your order is wrong it's really annoying. They will also take your order and forget you ever even ordered, until they ask the last car sitting there if they could help them after a minimum of 15 minutes. The combination of messing with the customer then ignoring them is something you can expect from this location. They will even tell you to leave the restaurant because they are not serving food between breakfast and lunch roughly about 30 minutes to an hour they will be randomly closed for business. These are not one offs and each have happened multiple times within the last few months.
