I have never had this sort of issue at any other smoothie place as others will just offer a substitution. She got me a different drink they were willing to make which was good, but not making a drink when the customer is perfectly fine missing or substituting one ingredient is a bit ridiculous. If you're okay not getting the order you ask for, you can try this place out because the replacement was good. Otherwise, get your smoothies elsewhere.
