I understand a bit of a line for the given night, but this was beyond terrible. I was not allowed inside to pick up my order and got stuck in a line until 4am. The people working did their best, but the manager definitely let us all down. I went once again a week afterwards and I was the only one in line. The order still took about 30 minutes despite me ordering online at my apartment. I think many hard workers quit after the halloweekend fiasco. Management is making this location a flop.
