  Three people helped myself and my daughter while we dined in. Amanda and Tayja were the two ladies I was able to get their names and the young man who took our order I didn't see a name, the staff/crew did an amazing job. Super curious, kind, patient, able to navigate app on my phone to fix a problem. All together this store needs recognized for their 5 star attitudes and service. I will be returning. And telling others about this amazing experience.

  Dejamos la troca estacionada done muchos lo hacen. Pero el mantenimiento nos mandó a sacarla de una manera agresiva. todavía estábamos desayunando a gusto. Pero nos corrieron del lugar. Y eso no es la manera de tratar el cliente.

  No nos trataron bien, nos echaron del lugar por tener estacionado una troca en donde muchas personas lo hacen, nos corieron de uno manera agresiva por un personal de mantenimiento.

  Estaciónamos la troca donde muchas personas lo estacionan. Pero el mantenimiento no mandó sacarla en una manera agresiva. Y todavía estábamos desayunando. Eso no es la manera de tratar la gente. Gracias

  The food is fine and the atmosphere is what you would expect. This is not fine dining or anything the sort. My issue is my order is wrong unless I use the mobile app. The staff are nice but when it comes to my orders they don't seem to be understanding or bother to listen to what I'm ordering and this has happened 3 out of the 4 times I went and all three times I was ordering in person. For example, I order nuggets and they give me a soda. I order an ice coffee and they give me a frappe even when I say no frappe, ice coffee. They also tell me they don't have something one time and then try to get me to buy it another. This happened all three times as well. They tell me no frappe two weeks ago. They don't have them and then today they tell me they don't have peppermint ice coffee but the one time I ordered on the app they made it perfect. Honestly I think they are good people and trying their best and I also think it's not too much of a bother to listen to what words I'm saying. I don't think I'm being rude, I say please and thank you and when it takes half an hour for a coffee its whatever. I just want my order to be correct. I don't think that's too much to ask from a fast food joint especially when I order one thing and only one thing each time.
