  The beverage I got tasted like sugar and milk, too sweet and too expensive for what it was. The staff is friendly, but in an overly friendly way. It was super awkward because the dude at the window wouldn’t stop asking me questions.

  Tried their cold brew coffee. I thought it was pretty decent. Not the best I've had, but not the worst. Service was okay, but they were extremely busy.

  Treat customers fairly! I watched as 3 cars orders were filled before mine even though I was there before them. Do not punish customers for choosing a lane for drive up or only have one lane if you are not going to take orders based on arrival. Very disappointing experience. 7 Brew has earned my business over Dutch Bros

  I absolutely love Dutch bros and was so excited when we got one here! I was super bummed out when I got my birthday drink and my husband got himself one and neither of them were drinkable. Mine tasted like styrofoam with some crushed ice and his was SO heavy and strong. It’s almost like they left all the coffee out of mine and put it in his. Idk I don’t treat myself often so it was nice to have the excuse and turns out it was $10 wasted on his drink. I know it was free but his wasn’t and it was just kind of a bummer because I didn’t even get to do anything for my birthday and I was looking forward to a nice coffee… idk that just sucked.

  Dutch Bros in Urbana has quickly become one of my absolute favorite places to grab a drink, and that’s saying a lot considering they’ve only just opened. I’ve already been there well over 10 times since day one, and every single visit has been a great experience. The staff here truly sets this location apart. Every employee is incredibly friendly, caring, and genuinely excited to be there. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that energy carries through to every interaction. They always take the time to be kind, patient, and welcoming, no matter how busy it gets. What’s especially impressive is how well they handle the constant rush of customers. As a brand-new location with a ton of extra foot traffic, you would expect long wait times, but that hasn’t been the case at all. The wait is always reasonable, especially when you consider just how many people are lined up. The team moves efficiently while still maintaining great customer service, which is no easy task. The drinks have been consistently fantastic. Every single order I’ve had has been made perfectly, with great flavor and attention to detail. That’s even more impressive when you remember that this is a brand-new store and the entire team has had to learn everything from scratch. They are doing an amazing job, and it truly shows. Dutch Bros in Urbana is off to an incredible start. Between the exceptional staff, consistently great drinks, and smooth service, even during peak times, this location is absolutely worth the hype. I’ll definitely continue coming back again and again. ☕💙
