  Went the other day for my wife to try the iced coffee and I got a white hot chocolate. The line was long because it was new I understand that. But, it was a slow line. Hopefully we can go again and update the review . But it was a slow line. The coffee she got was a golden eagle and my hot chocolate. They were good but not good enough to get 5 stars. The service was okay except while line we saw the person talking to someone in a car ahead of us. They talked for a minute or two after everything was given to the car. Not a big deal but when it was slow to begin with it added to the aggravation. To be clear, I am saying the server kept a car in line for a minute or two after they had all their stuff. Overall good, but can get better.

  First time trying dutch bros, and was not disappointed. Recommend the white chocolate mocha and the 9-1-1 for a mid-day boost. Off-hand comment, the sugar-free options are tremendously better than 7-brew’s.

  I’ve always enjoyed getting coffee at Dutch back when I lived in another state than had it, and it’s cool to have it in Champaign-Urbana now too. Very customizable menu, lots of ways to make things sugar free or low calorie which I appreciate. The few days around their opening was very busy but they’re still able to get you through the line in a decent time.

  I'm a supporter from Phoenix and unfortunately being turned away by security for following my states laws which I had the right of way pulled into the place to be told all the people in the left hand turn lane were before me? I drove 2 hours on a Saturday to have my Phoenix thoughts snubbed out by a security guard that Dutch Bros hired... not a fan anymore wish I would have never wasted my time. I wish someone would have really done the research here doing a full analysis of the areas they are looking to build not only for college kids sake but for people as a whole, the lines were down the block in the city but they made it work without causing chaos. So disappointed!!

  Might just be a personal preference, but I thought the 3 drinks I’ve tried have all been crazy overly sweet. Was hoping for a “standard” matcha, but was unable to drink it due to the abundance of sugar it has. Ordered it with vanilla and oatmilk (per my usual order)… unsure if they can cut back the amount of sugar. Waited a solid while, but that was to be expected. I wish the store layout was set up more similarly to 7brew… the parking lot isn’t ideal for what’s trying to be accomplished. Wait times would be a lot faster with 2 drive thru windows or at least someone at the window passing out already completed orders rather than the car just waiting at the window for their order and holding up the rest of the line. Very friendly workers nonetheless.
