It's like they don't read the tickets properly. It's very disappointing for this to be a problem for well over a year now. They usually replace it. But that's now my point anymore. I shouldn't have to have it replaced and wait for the correct item when I've already waited for it once. Something has to give with this location.

After saying I wanted a refund the woman at the counter acknowledged that she had seen me waiting for the pizza, but nobody in the facility had called my name or said anything about my order being done, and told me I am supposed to cancel before the pizza is done which I had no knowledge that the pizzas was done. 🤷🏾♀️ Long story short I won't be back and will not recommend anyone to go here because you will wait longer than expected and staff are unfazed about customers getting food.

Waited over an hour on an order that was placed ahead of time through the app. Employees almost refused to give out a refund delivered with an insane amount of lack of accountability, extremely distasteful and unacceptable. After bringing up the issue of the long wait and demanding a refund, multiple of the workers shared that our pizza was ready the entire time?? Employees were horse-playing and unfocused on getting orders done. It got so bad that other customers in front of us also demanded refunds because of the horrible treatment they received and the slowest of the slowest service. Throw the whole store away.
