Then the manager held the blizzard upside down unnecessarily long and said "I wait 5 minutes" just to be petty. Definitely not getting ice cream from this location anymore.

The staff members were very attentive and really tried to best understand my complicated order. The sweetest lady took her time making decorating it and the cake turned out amazing. Everyone that I interacted with was attentive, polite, and helpful. I am truly grateful for the service they provided.

Today I came in after placing my order and with no warning I was told the lobby is closed for construction and there was a small printed sign. No other signs, nothing in the mobile app and they have a billboard outside with nothing. So I had to back up and wait in line to get my food that was already prepared. Now I don't mind the construction and the staff is usually very friendly but I also do not like to be inconvenienced. Just better signage would be nice so people know.
