    Can’t believe I have to leave a negative review but I went today and requested a pumpkin blonde as a chiller and requested caramel drizzle with whipped cream. When they gave me my order it had chocolate drizzle as well. Although they offered to correct this, instead of remaking it, they just took the whipped cream off top and added more and re drizzled with caramel! Once I got home and tasted it, there was still chocolate obviously some went throughout the drink, as someone who’s nearly allergic, this could have really impacted me! I had to immediately spit it out and was very upset! Unfortunately, I will no longer go to the Urbana location!

    I went to try 7 Brew for the first time with the buy one get one free coupon. My girlfriend and I both ordered a large drink and the order taker put my down for small. Afterwards on the drive home, the large didn't have the lid on properly and spilled. Just kind of disappointed on the whole experience in general. Probably wouldn't go back.
