My wife and I were driving through, placed a takeout order to be picked up 30 minutes later. It was not ready upon arrival and took another 15 minutes before she finished it because she was so busy and by herself. She did a great job of balancing the people in line at the store and in the drive-thru. It doesn't seem that difficult to have one person more working at the restaurant to help mitigate those situations. I was disappointed because I thought it was going to be a fast stop where I walked in and grabbed my order and walked out, but it was not the case.
