  Walked in and stood at counter for quite a while without any acknowledgment. No one else in the place and only one car in the drive through and 3 employees working. We left and will not be back.

  Paid 42$ for two sandwiches the is no prices on menu.Ask what the price was per sandwich. Worker said look at register and time by two. Never been to a JJ before. Until now If I'm paying 42$ for 2 sandwiches. When a customer asks, give polite response. Kids.. won't be joining to them again.If your a franchise you might want to train your employees. Troy,Il
