When we arrived, staff first tried to say the order was for the wrong location—until we showed the confirmation email clearly listing their address. Only then were we told the order was void, too large, and that they couldn’t make it. This was the first time we heard of any issue—no call, no email, no notice of cancellation. We were left scrambling to feed players and families at the last minute. Thankfully, Little Caesars saved the day and stepped up on the spot. If an order can’t be fulfilled, customers should be notified in advance, not at pickup after showing proof. Extremely disappointing and poor communication.

Totally ruined dinner for visiting family, and for us to have a meal together as they were scheduled to leave town at a certain time. Had I been told when I placed the order that it would be a longer wait than expected I could've made other arrangements. We'll never get that meal time together back. Dominos has stolen it forever. Im deeply saddened by this and I hope the owners and operators of Dominos don't ever have to know what that's like.
