The two employees jumped right on the order and got us all the ice creams and we had enough time to eat it and get out just at closing. Your employees were very professional and we were completely satisfied. Thanks for the extra effort late on Friday.

There is no list of the flavors on the board, so you have to ask specifically for each one. I said do you have pistachio ice cream? No, we don’t have that the lady says. Ok so you have coconut, no we don’t have that,she said again. Okay how about strawberry cheesecake? We don’t have that. Okay, well what do you have!?? There is a menu inside if you want to look she said with a poor attitude. Whatever I’ll just take an Oreo Sundae. Better off going to Dairy Queen just across the street and kitty corner from this location.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
