    I go here mainly in the evenings. They are very fast getting the orders out and are accurate. But they do seem like they dont want to be there sometimes

    I recently had one of the best fast-food experiences I can remember at Wendy’s, and what makes it even more impressive is that it all happened through the drive-thru. Usually, you expect drive-thru service to be quick but a little impersonal or rushed—but this experience completely flipped that expectation. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, everything was smooth and efficient. The employee taking my order was clear, patient, and genuinely friendly. They made sure to get everything right the first time and didn’t rush me, even though there were cars behind me. That kind of attention to detail really stands out, especially in a drive-thru setting where things can sometimes feel chaotic. The speed of service was honestly incredible. After placing my order, the line moved quickly, and by the time I got to the window, everything was already prepared. There was no unnecessary waiting, no confusion—just a well-organized system that kept things moving at a perfect pace. It felt like they truly respected customers’ time while still focusing on quality. What really made the experience memorable, though, was how nice the staff were at the window. Even in such a fast-paced environment, they took the time to be polite and welcoming. I was greeted with a smile, my order was handed to me carefully, and they made sure everything was correct before I drove off. It didn’t feel like just another transaction—it felt like they actually cared about making the experience a good one. And then there’s the food, which completely lived up to the great service. The burgers tasted phenomenal. Everything was fresh, hot, and made exactly how it should be. The beef was juicy and full of flavor, the toppings were crisp, and the bun was soft and perfectly put together. Nothing was sloppy or thrown together—it was clear that care went into preparing the meal, even with the fast turnaround. It’s honestly impressive how they managed to combine speed, friendliness, and high-quality food all in one drive-thru experience. A lot of places can do one or two of those well, but it’s rare to see all three come together like this. Overall, this was easily a five-star experience. The quick and efficient drive-thru service, the genuinely kind employees, and the incredible taste of the burgers made it stand out in every way. I left not just satisfied, but actually impressed. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a fast meal that doesn’t cut corners on quality. This is exactly how a drive-thru experience should be done.

    I stood in the lobby for at least 5 minutes while people just walked by me stared at me there was not one person the entire lobby but me and no one offered to help me so I just walked out.
