  We paid for a discovery box and were given a sauce and chips in place of the twists and when I asked why they said they were out of the twists and they replaced it with what they wanted. Why sell me what's advertised if you cant make it the way you advertised it. You charged me for what was advertised and switched it cause you didn't have the twists. I ordered that cause of the twists. Should have told me that before I ordered it and gave the choice not to order the discovery box. Then when I said something you gave me attitude and asked what I wanted to substitute it for. I asked for it be taken off price wise and was told they couldn't do that. Deceptive marketing up front. Baite and switch. Was given this instead...epic fail

  Ordered online, waited on the drive thru line for 20 minutes without moving, then another 20 minutes inside waiting for something I ordered 10 minutes before I arrived. Service was rude but at least my food was right

  It's really hard to find a good Taco Bell franchise. This location is one of the few! Very friendly staff! The food is made properly with the ingredients evenly throughout the tortilla! I'll definitely be saving this location!

  One of the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too- the orders are never correct, there’s always missing items, the food is cold and feels empty

  The people at the window were wonderful and sweet and I even checked my food kinda before I had left. Get all the way to work to completely open my meal up to the wrong thing… I order a cheesey gordita crunch and I received to be honest know idea what I got but it has chicken on it(which I don’t eat but thanks for that) and to me honestly it looks like a quesadilla ? I don’t know but I’m pissed that what I ordered was 6.99 item and received a 3$ item lol.
