This restaurant does not provide good business. Bread is always overcooked and they don't put all ingredients on sandwich. They never answer there phone and always have excuses. They really shouldn't own a business

I have never written a review like this before, but after tonight’s experience I feel obligated to warn anyone in the Tinley Park area: do NOT support Subway at 17217 Oak Park Ave. I placed a family meal order through Instacart/Uber Eats — two sandwiches, chips, cookies — totaling $39.99. When the food arrived, I genuinely thought there was a mistake. In the pictures below, you’ll see exactly what I received: Two sandwiches with barely any meat. One “chicken teriyaki” had maybe 3 ounces of meat — and that was after I paid for “extra.” The worker on duty actually had to lift the bread and search around the sandwich to even show me where the meat was hiding. That alone tells you everything. To be charged nearly $40 for two 6-inch sandwiches and then handed something that looks like it was rationed out during a food shortage is unacceptable. And the worst part? No apology. No accountability. No refund. No care. Just excuses.
