- FRFrancesca RuggioApr 18, 20261.0Alyssa in the drive-through Gave me terrible service. She decided to choose selective mutism today. She did not greet me with a hi, More like she was high. She would not respond to me. She did not greet me. I asked her should I order no response. Her only words were asking me what my drink was after I told her I didn’t wanna drink. When I asked her her name, she was confused as if she didn’t just give me terrible service. This was my worst experience in any drive-through and I will never be returning to this Portillo.

And the Italian beef is so stinking Good 👍🏽. Man it was amazing. I would eat here every day if we had one of these back home. Incredible. If you haven't, you MUST try it.

Beef sausage combo, fry , coke , get to window , no fry's I order and drive thru guy is saying my card did not go thru for whole balance , I owe 10.00. I know there was a lot more than that in the account. I have to check the account when I get home but I think Portillo’s double swiped me and shorted me out of fry's. Are they slipping that bad ?

- FFFinnMar 28, 20262.0Drive thru staff is almost always curt and acts as though you're interrupting. Prices are outrageous and service is SLOW. We often go to the chicken resto 2 blocks down and it's friendlier, faster, and less pricey. What bothers me most is that we're always missing something: a hot dog, an order of fries, or in this case 3 cups of cheese. If I were to go back and ask them to correct our order, as I have a few times in the past, the staff will act the rudely and take way more time than necessary to make things right. (It once took us 15 min to get the onion rings we ordered). Going here is just not worth it.
