  The food is always amazing, and the sweet young lady named Ameena just made it even better. She gave quick service and knew how to put a smile on my face! Will definitely add this to my weekly routine. Loved the Mac and cheese.

  I did an online small group order and had it delivered. We were missing a bread bowl. I called and spoke to Sheila. I asked if they would be able to deliver the bread bowl. She said she would call to see if Door Dash would return. She called me back and said they were delivering the bread bowl, adding fresh soup for the bread bowl order and enough cookies for every one who ordered!!! She also apologized for the inconvenience.Excellent customer service, very impressed.

  My sandwich was not good. The chicken looked like it had been chewed. I had to throw it away. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.

  They don’t have any lines but for some reason they always take so long to give the food or coffee. I have come three times and always think it would be different. But it is always the same. They take like 30 min for just coffee.

  Worst panera bread I've ever been to, two times now they're out of bread bowls and baguettes another time I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes after placing my order as the only car in the drive though and then they say my order wasn't placed. I placed it talking to you in the drive through idk who you have managing or who you hired but it's terrible
