No one at the counter, no greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. The lobby was empty except for one delivery driver who left. Eventually, someone came out, dropped wings into a fryer, and another employee finally approached me. No apology, no greeting. I gave my name for pickup and was told the order would be another 15 minutes, despite being scheduled for noon. On top of that, the restaurant was visibly dirty right at opening. The drink station was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. If this is the condition at the start of the day with no customers inside, that’s unacceptable. The food has been barely edible on past visits, but this experience was the final straw. I left without my order and will be pursuing a refund through corporate or a dispute through my bank. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
