  I placed an online order and came in a half hour later, ten minutes after the order was promised for. The worker told me that he needed a minute and hadn’t started my order. He then proceeded to take care of customers that walked in after me and only started on my order 20 minutes later. I asked him to throw in a cookie for the 25 minutes that I stood while he took care of people that came in after me and he refused. He didn’t do anything to make it right for me.

  Hello, I am reporting an employee of Subway located at 7212 W 191st St, Tinley Park IL, 60487. Employee ID number 7149 is an African American female, looks to be late twenties early thirties. Upon arrival, January 10, 2026, 11:09a.m., I ordered a 6 inch sub, and in the middle of preparing my sandwich, she answered a phone call, picked her phone up with her gloves on, sat the phone back down & proceeded to add lettuce to my sandwich with the same gloves she touched her phone with. I then asked her to change her gloves and she got an attitude with me. She did change her gloves. I asked for extra mayonnaise on my sandwich as I always do (I’m a regular customer she always prepares my sandwiches) and she tells me that there’s going to be an extra charge for mayo. Employees should not be taking phone calls while taking customer orders. Employees also should be following Subways sanitization rules and change gloves as sandwiches are made and items are touched. Multiple viruses are going around and she’s putting customers’ health at risk touching her phone while preparing food. I would greatly appreciate if this matter is resolved as she represents your company.

  Associate was on her phone for about 5-7 minutes right around the corner before coming out and attending. Store had 4 people in line waiting, looked at the line and took another 2 minutes to finally come out and attended guests.

  Great service, very friendly manger and everytime we come in we are in and out in a couple minutes!

  The service is always good here, the place is clean, and they are generally pretty fast. If you like the iced tea here, you need get it before 5 pm most of the time. Once they run out of it, they won't make more. (Only reason for not getting the 5 star rating)
