  Worst panera bread I've ever been to, two times now they're out of bread bowls and baguettes another time I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes after placing my order as the only car in the drive though and then they say my order wasn't placed. I placed it talking to you in the drive through idk who you have managing or who you hired but it's terrible

  Well I haven’t been to a Panera in a while. I ordered the pick 2, salad and a sandwich. I ordered on the machine and was informed they were out of the bisquette. How is that possible? When I got my food they said they had one more left. I took it but ended up throwing it out. It was hard as a rock. The salad was 90% lettuce. Terrible. The sandwich was good. Overall was very disappointed I have always enjoyed Panera food. Not this time. Won’t be going back to that one and if I do I’m hoping they will serve fresh bread and a quality salad. Just remembered, got the dressing on the side and it was enough for about 1/4 of a salad. I didn’t bother to ask for extra.

  Takes forever in drive thru but it's understandable with the menu. GREAT FRESH FOOD really nice employees.

  Worst restaurant, need immediate overhaul. Food is cold , coffee is nasty, dirty carpet and tables, the business is screaming for a new management.

  Take my money at the drive thru then tell me to pull around to the front. So I know McDonald’s does this shit now here. It’s called get faster do your job
