Our pizza restaurant has been making memories and history since 1971, and now, we’re bringing all of that to Tinley Park. So what’s on the menu? How about, to start, an American Classic: our original creation, the Stuffed Pizza. A homemade pizza pie inspired by Italian Scarciedda, baked in a thick two-inch crust, layered with gooey cheese, and topped with a combo of homemade spices and sauces we make, in-house. I'm sure there are rabid fans of this kind of pizza but it's too soggy and cheesy for my taste. Also expensive, $48 for an 18" with one topping! I don't like this kind of soggy thin crust.
