- KDKendra DNov 11, 20251.0Worst McDonald’s in the area. I asked to buy the boo buckets without food for my kids since they don’t eat fast food. They saw them advertised and wanted them. The cashier refused to sell them to me so I had to drive to the other two McDonald’s in Orland park to buy them. Bad customer service and they were rude and not consistent like other stores. My grandma got a fry and drink the next day and said the fries were stale and the ice tea old and rotten. I wouldn’t recommend! Parking lot is also a nightmare getting in and out it’s in a bad location smashed next to chase bank.
- EEElJaieNov 7, 20253.0I been coming to this location with my grandkids for a little over a year and I find it very disappointing that on many visits there is minimal staff and many don't speak or understand English, And I'm multi cultural so I'm NOT being prejudice. The wait time can be ridiculous, and there does not have to be a crowd but the most disappointing thing is the doors are heavy and they're NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY OR STROLLER FRIENDLY! There is a smoothed out portion of sideway to enter but that's it. The food has been just ok, if you a request fresh food you basically have to watch them because they will ignore your request. My grandkids love McDonald's me I'm no longer a fan.

And extra pickles is only one pickle and they will only give you one pickle per burger. They want to charge you a million dollars for a product that is dirt cheap. Do not go to this McDonald's
