I ordered dinner for me and my mom at this location. they got the order wrong I spoke to the manager the same night after I got off work. I told them about the order the manager took my number down and told me I could get another order on them. because they got my order wrong she took my number down and told me to give them my phone number. to receive my order I called them back for my order the man I talked to said my number was not in the system and asked me do I have the receipt? I found the receipt and gave him the details finally he said this order wasn’t wrong and I paid for it being really rude. And unprofessional.

Ordered a BLT to go
Lettuce was brown, bacon tasted and looked old
Wasn't worth the price
JJs near me is usually good, but this JJs kind of ruined it for me
Won't be back

Unpleasant attitude by the pokerfaced old man, and a soulless blank stare by his lanky blonde coworker. The East Asian-looking lady with the glasses is the only one with manners, a friendly smile & customer service skills. She had to jump in because the other two seemed scatterbrained the second I uttered a sentence. I thanked them on my way out & she's the only one who responded. The old man looked frustrated & frazzled from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no smile..nothing on his face but annoyance.
It's always amusing whenever I pick up food, I enunciate my name, and they reply with "Whooo?" as if I'm speaking an alien language. Pretty rude way to talk to customers instead of saying "excuse me?". Americans of European descent are in dire need of diversity training - although ironically, they are diverse themselves & represent the single biggest immigrant group. I speak multiple languages & I am more fluent than most Americans, yet they act puzzled when they hear someone with an accent. Truly pitiful..2 stars only because the ham sandwich was good (albeit smaller than usual) and that one lady was cordial.
