I placed an order online 72 hours in advance and when I received my cake, it was a completely different design and the picture was off centered, like they just threw it on without an ounce of care. It was for my daughter's 10th birthday and they completely dropped the ball. Walmart cakes are much better, surprisingly.

I have taken the items to the customer service counter and they laugh and say Oops someone is in trouble. Today the enitre fresh mozzarella section was dated Feb 18 today is March 2. My familly has lived in T.P. 32 years and always went there . In the last ten years it has gotten dirty shelves a mess or empty and constantly experiencing food and always short staffed.
