I was served something I did not order, without my consent, and without being asked about potential allergies. At the very least, I should have been told the item was unavailable so I could decide for myself. Instead, the worker took it upon themselves to throw random ingredients together and pass it off as my order. This is careless, unsafe, and unprofessional. Customers deserve transparency, not secret substitutions.
