I don't know what it is but for some reason they just don't want to put caramel on top of any of their coffee even if you try to pay for it for some odd reason they treat caramel as liquid gold lol it is the weirdest thing stay away from this location they are rude and horrible and I'm sure this is why the owner doesn't reach back out for any bad reviews because they already know that they suck
- LHLina harbAug 17, 20251.0terrible service. ordered 3 box of joe’s and an iced coffee at 2:30 and arrived at 2:55. and they told us we couldn’t go thru the drive thru because they weren’t done. i went inside and they were all done. when i asked to speak to the shift lead, she was extremely dismissive of me and rude. she kept repeating is that all while i was talking. this dunkin always has terrible service, i’ve never received service like this at any other dunkin.
- EBEmma BossAug 2, 20251.0I ordered a croissant sandwich online and when I arrived the attended stood chatting with his coworker holding my sandwich and not opening the window for some odd reason. I ordered a crossaint with egg and bacon, no cheese because I can’t have cheese. Ten minutes later I opened the bag and there was a crossaint with bacon and cheese, no egg. Why would I order an egg sandwich with no egg and at full price? And the crown on top is the sandwich was not warm AT ALL. Ice cold bacon and bread, and I had to peel the cheese off because I can’t eat it. Now I’m hungry because I needed the egg. I need a refund.
