This is the 2nd time doing that. The first time I just thought okay he has a bad day. Than today he was acting the same way. Very rude and not good for business at all. For some reason I got 4 bowls and they were all oily that has never happened to me before. Last time I walk into this location.

I even went around again so that they could hear the chime again. I went inside to grab my order after 20 mins of waiting for someone to come to the window, which defeats the purpose of chipotlane 😒 and they had no forks. I had to go and ask for some. Then one of the workers were sitting by that fountain drinks on his phone! Somebody could’ve BEEN gave me my order. I took a pic but decided not to expose him. Plus my food wasn’t even warm. Normally i don’t leave reviews but that was a terrible experience! I just noticed when i got home, they forgot my chips that i paid for too!
- JTJay_C the_DubDec 26, 20251.0Went in and tried to get my order of rice and beans and a side tortilla (literally all I eat from chipotle) and the cashier tried to charge me for a steak bowl along with my rice and beans and I had to tell him it wasn’t mine and then they had to correct the issue on their pos system, charge the correct customer and then come back to me. The cashier when charging me looked at my bowl of white rice , black beans, and fajita peppers and was confused on what to charge me so he charged me for a vegi bowl instead of a side which I’ve been getting charged for 3-4 bucks for years. I would like to get my 5-6 bucks back if possible that they overcharged me if they refund it back to my bank I’ll change my review
