And my guacamole had a weird taste. The workers were nice to me. But the place feels unclean. Maybe they’re understaffed and have poor training. It’s not worth your hard earned money. Literally a waste.

I sat there for ~10 minutes with no one else in line. Not a single customer at the store at 7:00pm. 4 employees behind the counter all looking at each other. Not a single one asked if I’d like to order, take my order, or do anything remotely close to a single task resembling anything considered work. They argue, they emotionally vent, they deflect responsibility, have zero clue what customer experience, service, and retention is. It’s a bunch of teens and twenty year olds with zero training, guidance, or work ethic. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience. It’s the “Nth” time and now I’m sharing my story and never returning. I’ve given this place too much money, too many chances, despite being continually let down. It’s the same employees, same poor attitude, same poor management, and it will never change. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The floor doesn't looks tho it hasn't seen hot water and soap, ever. No one bothered to wash tables. They seem to believe that because the store is rustic inside, that nothing has to be cleaned. My last time there. Ugh!
