  EDITED TO ADD: BROOOO, can I rate NEGATIVE STARS?!? Tell me why I just got off the phone with the “online” portion of Baskin Robbins for them to tell me that YES THE LOCATION CAN REFUND MY MONEY!!! Now I’m waiting on a call from the franchise owners. This is insane. What a horrible, wretched staff on December 13th at 3pm. I REALLY hope you have better people than her because dude, it is crazy to get lied to right to your face and have your money stolen after a failed bait and switch. CRAZY to pay for a sponsored ad and have such HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a cookie crave box cake at MIDNIGHT for pickup the next afternoon, 2:30pm to be precise. Now. Despite opening before sunrise, they decided not to bother calling that they were OUT of that cake. First of all, why is your website not updated with your in stock product. Secondly, my number was on the receipt and you had EIGHT HOURS. I showed up thinking I was picking up a cake for my daughter’s birthday just to have this woman look at me like I had six heads when I told her I was there to pick up my online order. She then goes to the little ice cream area and pulls out a cookie dough looking box and I question “is that the cookies and cream cake? That’s what I ordered.” She looked at me like I was cussing her momma out in Swahili and when I said I could go back to my car to get my phone (order confirmation) she shooed me off to do so WHEN SHE HAD THE RECEIPT IN HOUSE. YALL it was SIX DEGREES OUTSIDE, the audacity. THEN, when I come BACK in to show that, no, actually, I was NOT lying and that IS NOT the right cake, she whips out the receipt and casually offers “oh we’re out of that one, we only have the cookie dough.” Dumbstruck, I ask “…can I have a refund, I guess?” She asks if it was an online order and when I said yes, she SMIRKED AT ME and said “you have to go through them.” Bro. Convenience is the only reason this place is still in business because I encounter the most HORRIBLE people there. Just rude and mean for no dang reason whatsoever, and I was left scrambling to find a new cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday. That being said, thanks and shout out to the LIBERTYVILLE location, despite being understaffed and busy, bro was polite and kept it simple. We all struggle, but if you choose a job in customer service, maybe don’t treat people like trash when they’ve done nothing to deserve it? Yall suck, for real.

  Very rude staff. I ordered online and received an entirely different order. When I told her, she only started to yell at me, saying, “You buy online, go and fix online.” This is the second time that the same lady has yelled at me. Plus, when I explained that to a different staff…, this lady came screaming at me… putting her face close to mine.

  One of the nicest locations I've ever been. People who work their are very helpful and patient. Love this place. Super clean, very professional. I can definitely recommend this location.

  They are OK. Make you feel like they don't really care about the customer. Wish they had better customers service since the ice cram is good.
