When I told her, she only started to yell at me, saying, “You buy online, go and fix online.” This is the second time that the same lady has yelled at me. Plus, when I explained that to a different staff…, this lady came screaming at me… putting her face close to mine.

However after we ordered and sat down to eat our ice cream within 6 minutes we were told we "had to leave because the store is closed." We grabbed our things and I checked the time, it was 8:42pm. Strange time to close. So I checked the door as we were being escorted out and saw the lobby is open till 9pm! Not 830 not 845. When I asked why we couldn't finish our ice cream?? I was told "we have to close early to clean" The dining room was already cleaned.. that was completely obvious! Even if it hadn't been they were still open for another 18 minutes! I have worked in fast food and restaurants and NEVER told people who came in 30 min before closing ordered food and sat down that they had to leave before closing or even after the lobby was technically closed. The guests ALWAYS were welcome to stay and finish what they had ordered. I didn't even get to eat my ice cream. Because I can't eat a bowl of ice cream and drive at the same time. So I didn't even get to eat what I ordered since it was completely melted when I got home! HUGE disappointment!! Over all just felt completely unwelcome and like we as customers were an inconvenience. Videos and screenshot for proof of times. (Excuse my language 😅 I was a little upset about my ice cream)

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
