    They always screw up the food or you can tell that its been sitting out and cold...ordered family dinner tonight and I wanted the Cobb salad....it didnt even come!!! No chili for fries and burger the last time I ordered there was so bad I couldn't eat it....go to mcdonalds ir steak n shake and save your money

    There is a great McDonalds just down the street. You’d be way better served by going there. I placed an online order at this Wendy’s tonight. Waited a long time in the drive thru line before going inside to pick it up. Turns out they were out of chicken nuggets (and seemed to have been for a bit) but allowed me to place an order for them anyways in the app. I asked them to cancel the order but they were unable to give me a refund and said they don’t control the app (even though it is the official Wendy’s app; not DoorDash). They told me I would have to cancel via the app but could not show me how to do so (there was no such option in their app). As a result, I had to leave with no food and no refund. Placed a mobile order at the McDonalds a couple blocks away and they had my food ready for pick up a few minutes later. Don’t make my mistake, stay away from this Wendy’s.
