I say this not to be mean but truthful. This has to be hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I have been to this one four times and each time has been a disaster. My food order is never right. I am always missing sauce. No one works the front counter so every time I go in to get my order fixed I have to wait to flag someone down. The last time they brought me my order and said the order with the pie, I said yes, then the pie wasn’t even in there. This time I had to show the window my order because they didn’t know what it was having given it away to the car before me. It’s truly a terrible experience every time. I will really be trying to avoid it ongoing. Just know to always check your food and have time to get it corrected.

I stop here often on my way to work in the morning.
Everyone here has been polite/kind. Orders are accurate, food is good. I am happy that the employees are cool as that makes or breaks a place for me.
To employees, thank you! To management, pay your employees enough to live so they can stick around, so that I can write a review like this again.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at McDonald’s. We came today, placed our order for burgers, nuggets, fries, and drinks, and after 30 minutes we still had not received our food. On top of that, our order was apparently given to someone else, and we were left sitting there waiting with no proper explanation and no urgency from the staff.
The service was completely irresponsible and unacceptable. No organization, no attention, no respect for customers’ time. Watching other people get their food while we kept waiting for an order that should have been simple was extremely frustrating.
This level of service is awful. Very disappointing and honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have had. Staff need to be much more attentive and responsible because this is not normal at all. Extremely poor service.
Honestly, if you hired me as a manager, I would organize the work here properly, because right now this place clearly lacks management and basic customer service standards.

Ordered the big arch meal, came with no fries, no sweet and sour sauce that I ordered, and no straw for my drink :)
