- CRCass RodriquezMar 5, 20261.0First time eating Portillo’s and it was horrible. I got the beef sandwich and the bread was so soggy . It looked and felt like it was dipped in water. Just over all not good. Really disappointed because everyone was telling me to try this place since I just moved here from Texas. The root beer was great and the cheese fries.
