This is the first time I have ever ordered pre-made dinners. I was very nervous and stressed out. She took her time, and did a wonderful job calming me down, and going through the order with me. There were no errors in the changes I made. Everything was perfect! The meal was delicious and so easy to prepare! I will be ordering again in the future years, and spreading the word to my family and friends. Thank you again Katie!! You were a delight to work with. Happy Holidays!
- AMAbi MillerDec 2, 20251.0whatever you do for the love of god don’t get your groceries delivered. i had ordered yesterday morning for my groceries to be delivered that night (6pm to 7pm) since i worked a twelve hour shift. i get a call around 6 asking when i am picking up my groceries, i clarify it is for delivery they tell me no problem and it’ll be delivered. i check before i am leaving work, around 7:30, it says they are still looking for a driver. ok no worries, it’ll be home by the time i get back then. my order is marked as looking for a driver for the next hour and a half. i get another call, asking if it is ok if it is delivered tomorrow. sure! no problem that’s ok. i get a call this morning clarifying delivery time, i say 7-8 pm is fine. it finally gets here at 8:46, my arugula in a rotting wet lump, and one bag has a foul smelling liquid covering everything. i am not convinced my food was refrigerated from the original order time. i am fine with my food being a little late, accidents happen i just want my money back. i just want a refund PLEASE oh my god PLEASE
