  not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:15 and got there at 10:25, sat in drive-through for almost 10 minutes before going inside. Was finally helped and was told ‘our system cut it off. We can still make your biscuit and hash browns, but not the hot cakes’ that’s some BS but ok mcd. the hash browns were VERY crispy (not in a good way) and tasted like old oil. my bacon egg and cheese biscuit was cold, but the bacon on it was BURNT. there were also two other people in there when I walked in, waiting on their food and complaining how long it was taking

  Ordered drive thru. The burgers were ice cold, they left out an entire order of fries. Instead of telling us they didn’t have sauce we wanted, they gave us a sauce that I cannot eat. Came here hoping it would be better than the other ones near us, this one’s better in service only, maybe worse everywhere else.

  Seven deep at the drive through reserve. Drive through still taking orders. It’s like this at every McDonald’s.

  I see why the CEO won't eat this mess they call the Big Arch. Raw hamburger meat, I had to go back in to get my fries fresh. I should have known.. Do better please

  We havnt been to McDonald's in a while. With the hype of the Arch burger we had to try it. We went through the drive thru. Order placing wasnt bad , but then the person who took our money appeared high (eyes rolling, head dropping and slurred words), we had to wait for our food and then the order was incorrect. Fries were cold,the burgers and chicken were over cooked.
