    2 Large Chili orders. 5 packets of hot sauce. My wife offered to pay for more packets and the manager told her "we're only obligated to give out a certain amount." Whatever that was supposed to mean. So if she ordered just one chili, would she have got 2 1/2 packets off sauce?! Never again. We are Swansea home owners and will never give Wendy's our money again. Wendy's sauce is the best part of their chili.

    Went up to the store to order some food inside the restaurant. The door was locked so I immediately called the store to see what the issue was. The MOD said she let somebody go on break so it was only her and one other person working in the restaurant. Now that’s understandable… The problem lays in that there was 3 GIRL CUSTOMERS IN THE RESTAURANT getting their food! Get it together people and stop lying to your customers trying to order food!

    Every time I order from here my order is wrong and half the order is missing do not order from here because it’s ridiculous and lazy of them
