- SSsamSep 14, 20251.0went to this location around 7:56pm and ordered a wake up wrap, random craving but was then told that they cleaned their oven already which is a little confusing considering they’re open 24 hrs… if they’re going to clean their oven and not use it then why are they advertising being open 24 hours?? my boyfriend asked if he can repeat himself because he hadn’t heard the first time when the guy rudely yelled “pull up to the window!” excuse you? you’re not going to yell at us and take our money so we just left. the indian guy was the one whom yelled at us and my boyfriend has always told me how he always has an attitude. if you’re so miserable to not have one ounce of customer service why the hell are you working fast food? i understand people are rude at points but when we didn’t do anything wrong and are getting treated like garbage it’s rude! these employees need to learn customer service and stop being so damn lazy.

They screw up my order every single time and if you get anything with ice you'll be paying for 20% coffee 80% ice. This place disgraces Dunkin's everywhere once a year for 9 years I try this one again because it's close to work. Every single time it's a disappointment just shut it down already look at the reviews. This Dunkin is straight TRASH!
