  They can’t get a single order right, I ordered a sausage McMuffin meal and got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, they need to figure their crap out and do a lot better than they are because right now they suck, not to mention when I go through the drive thru all the staff are in no hurry and I’ve heard them talking bad about the customers and how they don’t want to be there they want to go home or go to their friends house, get people in there that will actually do the job and do it correctly, I understand high school kids need jobs and responsibilities but they obviously need trained better and way better customer service skills

  This is my first time; there were no numbered tickets, so I didn't know my order number. Employees should greet customers and provide friendly and attentive service.

  Some people can be rude. Recently saw a lady on her phone that was complaining about the staff right in front of them when they were clearly with another customer. Talk about Miss Self Centered lmao. Girl it's McDonald's. It's not that deep. Staffs friendly and I've never had an issue with my order. Just like in every place, sometimes you have to have some patience. They're teenagers after all. No one's perfect.

  I’ve had plenty of issues with my orders being incorrect in the past, but for once i’m actually compelled to write a review. I paid extra for the deluxe sandwich only for the tomatoes to not be there at all, literally none of lettuce be on the actual sandwich all of it was just in the box, and then these sad excuses of bacon strips were cold and crunchy presumably at least a few hours old.
