  Order Details Order #: 923058 Effingham, IL Date: 04/02/2026 6:41PM Missing half the ingredients. Whole: Pepperoni, Extra Black Olives, Extra Cheese, Extra Mushrooms, Onions, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce Left: No Jalapeno Peppers Right: Light Jalapeno Peppers. Missing any “extra toppings”. Some pieces missing some toppings all together. Pizza not cut correctly or jalapeños to actually be on a half. Untrained staff, or staff that does not care to do job correctly. Dissatisfied and not returning.

  We ordered delivery. 1 pizza and 2 cokes. Pizza was delivered, but no cokes. Called and was told they could bring the cokes or give in store credit. Not acceptable. We were traveling and were there for only the night. Had already eaten the pizza so why would we need cokes now. Can’t do in store credit, we don’t live here. Was told she couldn’t refund my card for the 2 pops. She could have but apparently didn’t want to reverse the transaction and re-enter the charge without the pop. It can be done. I’ve done it at my job. She just didn’t want to mess with it apparently. Pretty disappointed in the answer. So out my money for the drinks. Not that it’s a big amount, it’s the idea that she was unwilling to correct it.

  Pizza are ok, to a standpoint, the ingredients some could cooked a little more better. The manager at this time, Nikki, had the nicest customer service quality, doing more than one task at once, impeccable. Some good staff. Some not so good staff. I knew one delivery driver named John Pygott who would complain and cheat on tips! Overall, fair and needs improvement.

  Ordered three pizzas online and drove 20 miles one way to pick them up. I was told at the window they were very busy and I would have to wait another thirty minutes on top of the 25 minute drive over. I thought ok, drove this far.....window girl asked would I like to pay and I said no I would pay when I actually pick them up. I park. I wait thirty minutes. Return to the window. Told at the window it would be another thirty minutes with another excuse. I asked how this could be.....I get an I dunno, someone else got my order maybe-no idea she says. I said thank you and went to Little Caesars next door. Someone needs to get in here to manage this place. This is not the first time I arrived and "Tracker" said my order was ready and had to wait. Next time, if there is one at this store, I may just stay at the window until I get my pizza. Won't happen though, I am not going back to this store. Shame.
