- BBBlakeSep 18, 20251.0More often than not, drinks are either not stirred or do not contain any cream or sweetener despite mobile ordering ahead of time at this specific location. Mobile ordering takes the guesswork out of the drive thru conversation and negates any chances for misinterpretation of the order. I started coming to this location regularly back in April of 2024 when we moved our office to Sugar Grove, got coffee or tea every weekday for a few months, it was a 50/50 shot it would come how I ordered it. End of August, I stopped going to this location and changed my entire route into work just so I wouldn't have to stop at this Sugar Grove location and I started going to the Dunkin on Eldamain and rt34 in Plano(inside GasNWash). Now that I live in Sugar Grove, the Plano location is out of the way, and I tried Sugar grove location again today, 9/18/25, low and behold, no cream or sweetener in the coffee... It would appear to me that at this point I'd be better off going across the street to the Starbucks, paying a dollar more for the same thing, and receiving it mixed, and with the cream and sweetener I ordered it with.
