  They are barely holding it together over here. I ended up with what I wanted in a reasonable time frame, which is most important. Their customer service is mid.

  Very rude service every time I come and get my coffee it’s attitude. They always have half their stock missing and no motivation at all for service

  It was honestly the worst! There’s tons of flies, the place isn’t maintained, they’re always out of half of their items, and the things they have are 50/50 if it’ll taste old or not. One guy was being rude to other staff over drive and was angrily calling right by where I was trying to order made it impossible to hear the person. Didn’t even want my coffee anymore. Baskin side is suuuuper overpriced too. Don’t see why a latte needs to be $7 and a milkshake is $10. Don’t even bother!!!! just go elsewhere

  Very poor customer service. Constantly mixing orders up and very rude. The manager is very impatient, does not speak clearly or too fast and does not belong in the service industry. The quality of the product is not consistent and often needs fixed. I would recommend seeking products elsewhere or even making them yourself to avoid a painful experience.

  This local establishment is a hit or miss. The owner does a wonderful job in ensuring that quality product comes out every time. However, his manager (which I believe is his son) often forgets items, mixes other orders up and has sent out sub par product. My experience with subpar product was on a Sunday in which the manager was the one preparing products. A cold brew coffee was ordered, which was murky instead of clear, watered down and musky tasting. A replacement was accommodated and exchanged and was mostly ice. Today, two drinks and two breakfast sandwiches were ordered. One drink was received and what we thought were two sandwiches. The missing drink was accommodated. When we got to sit down and eat our sandwiches (croissant, sausage egg and cheese), one was just a bagel with cream cheese. The vanilla iced coffee also had a peculiar taste.
