  It had been over 10 years since I last had Sonic and upon my last visit I was reminded why. I downloaded the app thinking this would make my carryout go more quickly and smooth. Super easy to use. I placed my order, got the confirmation. Upon arrival I check in and see my order in process on the dashboard. I jump on my tiktok and 25 minutes go by with no food yet. I had fries, a burger, and that chili frito thing. I felt i was pretty patient and did not want to be a pest but 25 minutes at a fast food spot was suspicious. I hit the call button and asked if everything was good with my order. I was told it would be a few more minutes. I said this i wild , does it normally take that long ? The guy replied YES, its a Monday. No clue what that meant but the place was not crowded. For a brief moment I was excited to try Sonic again. Taco Bell would never do this to me.

  Honestly it hasn’t been a bad experience I just always feel bad because there is only one person working and that just isn’t fair. Despite them being short handed they still have a positive attitude. Give your employees more help stop making them struggle.

  Tried the smash burger it wasn't bad but the fries were terrible cold and hard. They Wright across the street from me first time i ate something from them not sure if I would go back.mike shakes are great

  terrible. usually mid but tonight TERRIBLE. carhop Jose cannot take an order to save his life. ordered some food, particularly a grilled cheese and a chili cheese dog with jalapeño and onion. that somehow meant a grilled cheese with the toppings and forgetting the hot dog. going back to get the 2 correct items, doesn’t even apologize or blink and eye. gives a terrible grilled cheese which is like impossible to do on top of an old crusty dusty hot dog and forgets the cheese on a chili cheese dog in place.
