  Dear Panera Bread Team, I am writing to report a very unpleasant experience I had yesterday at one of your locations. I ordered a salad, and while I was eating, I discovered a fly at the bottom of the plate. This was extremely disturbing and caused me to stop eating immediately. In addition, some of the lettuce appeared to be spoiled. This situation is unacceptable, as it raises serious concerns about food safety and quality standards. I was unable to finish my meal and felt very uncomfortable after this incident. I kindly request a full refund for my purchase and would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed to prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.   I love this Panera! The service is great, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is great. During a few days of the week, I also love to stop by and work too! So it’s perfect for anyone else who works from home. (Shoutout for the outlets lol) Also a huge shoutout to Sarah!!! I really appreciated the help with my order!
