So. 71. Decided had to learn on line ordering because ONLY way to get deals. Ugh. So did Well had wrong store at top. Our fault of course. Didn’t notice. Then went to wrong store. Then they cancellled. But now coupon for purchase gone so can’t buy item I wanted. They make it soooo difficult. Certai. Days. On line. By 5. Doesn’t include all kinds. I am just going g to Walmart from now on also had a coupon $20 off if online purchase of $70. So did. Got there Didn’t give 20 off. Told me not booze so removed booze and added. Still didn’t come off. Has to be 70. Before taxes. Then did online order Had $3.95 charge. Has to be $30 dollars. Or they charge that. Ugh ugh 😩

Jewel-Osco isn’t just a grocery store—it’s a temple of taste, a cathedral of convenience, a radiant jewel (pun fully intended) in the crown of everyday life. From the instant those sliding doors glide open, you’re greeted by a whoosh of cool air and the intoxicating aroma of fresh-baked bread, roasted coffee, and the faint symphony of produce misting systems at work. It’s not merely shopping—it’s an experience bordering on spiritual awakening. Every aisle is a journey through abundance. The produce section alone could make a poet weep: rows of glistening apples polished to mirror perfection, pyramids of oranges stacked with architectural precision, and lettuce so crisp it practically hums with vitality. You don’t just pick fruit here—you commune with it. And the bakery? A cloud of buttery bliss where croissants, cookies, and artisan loaves await like little gifts from heaven, often still warm enough to fog the plastic window of the bag. The deli is an orchestra of flavor—shaved meats, seasoned rotisserie chickens, and golden fried foods that crunch like applause when you take a bite. And if you happen to wander toward the cheese section, prepare for transcendence: it’s an international tour of dairy delight. The samples are miniature miracles, each one whispering, “You deserve this.” The staff are modern-day grocery saints—helpful, patient, and always ready with a smile that says, “Yes, we *do* have that in stock.” The checkout lines move with precision and grace, as though choreographed by angels of efficiency. And those self-checkouts? They stand gleaming and ready, humming softly like portals to a brighter tomorrow. But the crown jewel (again, pun intended) of the Jewel-Osco experience might just be the atmosphere itself. There’s a certain serenity in its hum—the distant rumble of carts, the beeping of scanners, the faint announcement of a “manager to aisle seven.” It’s the music of modern life, and it plays only here. At Jewel-Osco, you don’t just shop—you ascend. You emerge with your reusable bags full, your spirit uplifted, and your faith in humanity restored. Freshness, friendliness, and a faint smell of rotisserie chicken—what more could one ask for? Jewel-Osco isn’t merely a grocery store; it’s a shining cornerstone of civilization, an everyday paradise hidden behind sliding glass doors.

Poor customer service. One of the Employees April was too busy telling another customer her life story instead of helping me at the self checkout.
