    If delivery is going to take 2 hours that should be said before placing an order and charging your card. Customer service now is horrible!!!!!

    We placed a delivery order that was never fulfilled. Upon contacting the restaurant after the delivery window had expired, we were informed that our order had not even been picked up. After being placed on hold to speak with the manager, we were simply told that she was unaware of the situation and asked whether we had received our food. It is entirely unacceptable that no effort was made to notify us of the delay or provide an update. A simple call or message would have allowed us to cancel the order and make alternative arrangements instead of waiting nearly two hours for food that never arrived. This level of service is completely unprofessional and reflects extremely poor management. We will not be ordering from this location again.

    Pizza was not as good as before. I didn't tip them since I am picking up. Pizza was kinda cut into pieces not slices. I won't recommend anymore.

    I was excited to have my pepperoni pizza I bought at this location. I brought 4 of them home to Florida. What a disgrace! One piece of pepperoni on the whole pizza!!! Giordano's you should be ashamed of yourself. So that would be 1/4 of a thin slice of pepperoni for each person.
