- BSBrad Ski6 days ago1.0This is by far the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. The food tastes bad and always seems old. Nothing is ever done right. I ordered online and paid the extra $3 for guac, and when I picked up my order — surprise — no guac. If you’re going to charge extra, at least make sure it’s actually in the bag. Order accuracy here is consistently terrible, and it really feels like no one is paying attention. This place seriously needs employees who know what they’re doing. It’s honestly an embarrassment to the Chipotle brand. I won’t be coming back.

I ordered a steak bowl and clearly what was in the chafing dish was old and leftover. The young man with glasses and moustache on the line said it would be 15-20 mins for steak. I was like what? It was 5:30pm, the height of the dinner rush and it’s going to be 15-20 mins for fresh steak? When I got to the register the ‘manager’ said it only takes 2-3 mins for the steak. Clearly training is needed. I went back to get my bowl I mentioned to the young man that the mgr said it would only take a couple minutes. His response, ‘I’m not a cook, I wouldn’t know.’ I just looked at him and said, ‘you work in the service industry, you should figure out how to give decent service’. After that he wouldn’t look at me and basically dismissed me… unacceptable Chipotle!!! I’ll be going to the Schaumburg location from now on even though this location is literally 1 min from my house!!!
