Can't imagine the miserable days staff goes thru on frequent skeleton crew only to get bitched at from corporate above and the people on the other side of the counter. The staff (at least lunch time when I see them) works hard with who they have. I give them a smile, a thank you even if my order took a while, and a no problem when they apologize. At the end of the day it's McDonald's. If by 2026 you haven't figured out "fast food" is not always going to be fast, only going to be fresh at rush times, and costs you more than making your own meal... That's on you. Remember these (and most customer service) are people working a job most people don't want to. Give them a break. Keep working hard, Stockton team. See you next time I roll through.

Ordered 4 mc chicken, 4 McDoubles and 2 fish filet and the punk that took my order had the audacity to tell me that I need to call in such large orders in the future or use the app or I won’t be served next time. Bahaha. What in the actual ….???? Fortunately it only took about 20 mins to get my cold food
