The ground chuck, although saying 80%lean is so full of fat, that a WATER GLASS was used to drain the grease from 1lb of meat! Unacceptable! The produce is very undesirable...and when they have a sale, the produce is old and often rotten. I've had to throw away produce that was purchased the same day!! WAKE UP!! YOU'VE LOST THIS CUSTOMER...how many more customers are you going to lose before things change? We don't deserve this for our hard earned money.

While the app has caused problems before, every Jewel I've been to has been able to handle the concern and quickly get me check out. NOT HERE! Jocelyn has no idea what to do - other than watch me reinstall the app while customers wait in the (one open) lane behind me. To make matters worse, she calls Sandi B over, who is more clueless than Jocelyn H. When I asked if she's the manager, she says, "No, they all leave at six o'clock." Finally, the customer behind me offers her app and I'm checked out. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN! SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING NEEDS TO BE ON DUTY AT ALL TIMES! Those knowledgeable employees are NOT these two. These two have no idea!
