  Just came for chips and dip, both 4/10dollars if coupons clipped on the app. Of course their does not work and rings for regular price. Let the lady know in self check out about it she waives 15 bucks but price still does not reflect sale price. 30 minutes later she does not want to honor the sale price even after we show her the tag on the aisle, says her limit is too low, (she had already done it once) doesnt know what she is doing and says manager has to ring up. No managers on site. When i go ask for a manager some uninterested afro lady tells me a manager will be with me shortly, no eye contact and proceeds to walk away. Theres always a problem at this Jewel. How about keeping a manager on duty and have employees who know what they are doing. Old lady at self checkout you are something else…

  Do not use the delivery service is you need your food! My order is late with no communication or explanation. I'm not even worth an email? Calling the customer service number only leads to more frustration.

It has resulted in wasted time, repeated inconvenience, and a highly unsatisfactory customer experience. I urge you to investigate the root cause of these systemic cancellations and provide a clear explanation for what transpired. I also expect a definitive resolution to this matter and assurances that such issues will be prevented in the future.
