Then one afternoon I bought my usual large hot half decaf with one sugar and one cream and paid for a large. I got the cup on the right. I was in a rush and thought there was something off but I had to get going. No receipt at this place unless you asked for it. The cup on the left is an actual large. I showed the driving person the cup on the right and ask if they can fix this. They said there's nothing they could do if I didn't have a receipt. After reading all the other reviews here it's starting to make sense to me. So I'm not going back.
