  Avoid this location if you expect a quick in-and-out experience. I waited over 30 minutes for two drinks that never arrived, despite already paying. Ultimately, I had to leave empty-handed. The staff appeared disorganized and unsure of what they were doing

  My order was messed up. They didn’t give me almond milk like I asked in the mobile order and they didn’t put the right shots of coconut and toasted almond like I requested on the app. Plus they handed me the cup that I was hesitant to take because it’s looked used or I don’t more what. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Ordené un Large Iced Coffee with Cream and Sugar, estuvo bien rico, no tuve que agregar extra Splenda en mi café como siempre lo hago y se tardó la muchacha un minuto para terminar mi orden y era muy amable. Definitivamente una buen experiencia.

  I bought a fair amount of coffee from this place. They got some of the orders wrong but I thought maybe it was just a one-off thing. Then one afternoon I bought my usual large hot half decaf with one sugar and one cream and paid for a large. I got the cup on the right. I was in a rush and thought there was something off but I had to get going. No receipt at this place unless you asked for it. The cup on the left is an actual large. I showed the driving person the cup on the right and ask if they can fix this. They said there's nothing they could do if I didn't have a receipt. After reading all the other reviews here it's starting to make sense to me. So I'm not going back.

  Don’t come here, they made me wait for 10 minutes and the manager on charge was very rude and cocky she told me to go back in line again, I buy 2 coffees every single day from this location I will never come to this location ever again!! She needs to be fired!!!
