Took 1hr and 4 minutes from the time they took my order.(receipt time) I went thru the drive thru with my family and young children sat for almost thirty minutes from the drive thru screen to the window sat another 15 at the window then got asked to park around the building. Then we had an item missing and just left figured an hr was enough

Very sad how far down Taco Bell has went since they started up here in the Quad cities.

I went inside to order since I didn't want to hold up the drive-thru line. The staff was super courteous and funny as we tried to use the order kiosk for the first time. Our conversation with Theresa was delightful as we waited for our very large order and the time flew by. You can tell there's a lot of love and passion with her and the team's fabulous customer service. After the rough day I had, the smiles made everything better. Food was excellent so we will be back for some more great food and smiles!
